Team or department culture consulting and workshops, such as assessments of culture, identification of barriers to participation and belonging, strengthening team dynamics, creating more accessible and equitable spaces, and more.

Workshops by CMPC or CMPC-eligible professionals trained in sport psychology and/or athletic counseling. Topics include communication, team building, goal setting, confidence, visualization, self-talk, resilience, mental health support, leadership, and more.
